Acrylic Colors For Nails
Compare colored acrylic powders by shade and opacity. Translucent pinks leave the natural nail visible; opaque cover powders change the base color. This collection includes pale nudes, brighter pinks, soft whites, glitter, green, and purple.
Each color links to its specific manufacturer-listed powder. Images show manufacturer shade samples and product photographs. The HEX swatches are approximate visual guides, not measured powder colors; glitter and transparency cannot be captured by a flat swatch.
Deciding between a translucent base and a cover color
The first decision is what you want to see beneath the color. A translucent pink keeps some of the natural nail visible; an opaque cover shade creates a more uniform base. Two powders with similar bottle colors can produce quite different results.
Bring a sample, not just a color name
For a salon appointment, save a photograph of the finished look alongside the product reference. Ask to compare a translucent sample with a cover sample before settling on the shade. That comparison matters most for pale pink and nude sets, where the underlying nail affects the result.
Glitter needs its own check: look at the size and spacing of the particles in a finished sample. A solid HEX square can't tell you whether the sparkle is scattered or densely packed. Use the manufacturer reference on each color page to identify the actual powder and system.
